Returns Policy
If your item arrives damaged in transit when you receive it you must let us know about it within 24 hours of receiving it, we will then arrange for you to return it for a replacement.
If your item developes a fault or stops working within our 7 days, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve the issue or if not arange for you to return it for a refund or replacement.
If after receiving your order you change your mind and no longer want it, you must contact us within 7 days, we will then arrange for you to return it for a refund, a refund will not be given if we receive the item and it has been used! instead your account will be credit with the amount you paid when you placed your order.
We will issue a refund (including postage) or replace the item once all item's have been received by us.
